Please note: Discounted room Bookings in any booking are not refundable, but you can hold the booking for up to 12 months.
Activity booking cancellation charges policy

Please note that date changes for the activity are allowed within 7 days of the activity date. If the activity is unavailable or impacted due to a natural calamity, a full refund will be provided. However, no cancellations are allowed within 7 days of the activity. Any changes in the activity plan will be intimated to the customer.
Liability Clause: Eco Villa Palm Beach Resort is only liable for the payment collected for the activity/ Stay. We are not responsible for any other damages or liabilities incurred during the activity. This condition is agreed upon at the time of booking.
